Business Capital Lending Group is a commercial financing consultancy and loan broker. We connect U.S. businesses with third-party lenders and funding partners. We are not a bank, credit union, or direct lender for all products listed on our Site.
Submitting an inquiry or pre-qualification form through our Site does not constitute a loan application, a commitment to lend, a loan approval, or a guarantee of funding. All financing is subject to underwriting review and approval by our lending partners.
By submitting any form, application, or inquiry through the Site, you represent and warrant that:
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate disqualification from our services and may be subject to applicable state and federal laws governing fraud and misrepresentation.
Submission of a pre-qualification inquiry or full application does not guarantee approval for financing. All funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of our lending partners based on their underwriting criteria, which may include but are not limited to: time in business, monthly revenue, credit profile, industry type, and collateral availability.
Business Capital Lending Group does not charge upfront fees to submit a pre-qualification inquiry or application. Any fees associated with a financing product — including origination fees, factoring fees, or interest rates — will be clearly disclosed by the funding partner prior to execution of any agreement.
You are under no obligation to accept any financing offer presented to you.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
